近年研究重點

  1. 探討蕈菇類免疫調節蛋白的純化、選殖、製備、調節免疫活性、作用機轉、體內作用。
  2. 其他中草藥、保健植物萃取物之免疫調節作用及其他生理活性評估。
  3. 園產品及機能性食品、營養生化、社區營養、社區保健的相關研究。
